Can I order just one custom piece?
Yes. Single-piece custom ties and bow ties are available. For other accessories, contact us with your quantity and requirements.
Will I see my design before production?
Yes. We send a digital preview for approval before manufacturing. Please review colours, spelling and specifications carefully.
How long do orders take to dispatch?
Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 2 business days. Custom production takes 7–10 business days after preview approval, before dispatch. Delivery time is additional.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on all orders. Express rates are shown at checkout. Split-address shipping can involve additional charges.
Can I return my order?
Unused ready-to-ship items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Custom items are excluded unless defective or different from the approved specification. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for a defective or incorrect item.
How can I coordinate a wedding or team order?
We can help coordinate a set or several pieces in one design. Savings depend on the items and quantity. For weddings, allow at least 3–4 weeks and confirm delivery estimates for your destination.
