Yes. Send a photo of your outfit or fabric and, where possible, a HEX colour reference. We will suggest coordinating colours for your approval. Lighting, screens and photography can change how colours appear, so a photo alone cannot guarantee an exact match.

Share your requirements; we confirm the details and prepare a digital preview; you approve the preview; we then begin production. Custom production takes 7–10 business days before dispatch. Delivery time is additional and depends on the destination.

Yes. We send a digital preview for your confirmation before manufacturing begins. Production starts only after your approval. Please check colours, spelling, layout and specifications carefully.

Changes can be made before production begins. Once manufacturing has started, changes may no longer be possible or may involve an extra charge. Contact us promptly if you need an adjustment.

You can order one custom tie or one custom bow tie. For other accessory types, send your requirements and quantity so we can confirm the available options.

Yes. Typical ties are 8–8.5 cm wide and 145–150 cm long. Custom width and length can be discussed before production; tell us your preferred dimensions.

Butterfly, batwing and diamond-point bow ties are among the styles available. Share your preferred dimensions or neck size so we can discuss a suitable size.

Common pocket square sizes include 30 × 30 cm and 40 × 40 cm. Other dimensions can be discussed on request.

Yes. For a vest, provide chest, waist, shoulder and length measurements. For suspenders, provide your height, waist size and preferred strap width. We will confirm the details with you.

Provide your shoe size and specify whether it is EU, UK or US. We will help match an appropriate sock size.

With yarn-dyed fabric, the yarn is coloured before weaving and the pattern is built into the weave. Printed designs place colour on finished fabric; appliqué adds separate pieces to its surface. Yarn-dyed work can require more design time, machinery and production resources, which affects the price.

Our embroidery is stitched into the fabric using colourfast thread. Follow the care instructions for the specific accessory to help protect the stitching and colour. Silk ties should be dry cleaned rather than washed.

Dry clean silk ties only. Avoid water, harsh detergents and direct heat. Store them rolled or hung, loosen the knot after wear and avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight.

Yes. Send the photo and we will suggest close yarn colours for your review. A HEX colour code can make the reference more precise, but it does not remove differences caused by screens, lighting or yarn dyeing.

Minor variations can occur between dye batches. We match yarn to your approved reference as closely as possible and confirm the colour before production to help minimise differences.

Yes. We can coordinate ties, bow ties, pocket squares, suspenders, vests and socks in complementary colours and fabrics. Tell us which pieces your wedding party needs.

Yes. Different names or personal messages can be included. Your quote depends on the number of pieces and the level of personalisation; several pieces in a shared design can offer better value.

We recommend allowing at least 3–4 weeks before the wedding for design approval, 7–10 business days of production and shipping. Order earlier for larger groups or busy periods, and check the delivery estimate for your destination.
