Will Pod colours match my screen?
Screens and finished materials can look different. Share a colour reference so we can discuss available options. The 2,000+ yarn colour range relates to woven textile projects, rather than a guaranteed digital-print colour chart.
What if none of the templates is right?

Is there a minimum quantity?

Will I approve a preview?
Yes. Check the colours, spelling, layout and specifications in your digital preview. Production starts after your approval.
How long do production and delivery take?
Allow 7–10 business days for custom production after digital-preview approval, before dispatch. Transit time is additional. Standard shipping is free; express options and rates are shown at checkout.
Can I return a personalised order?
Custom and personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or different from the approved specification. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs if there is a problem.
