Can I start from an existing template?
Yes. Visit our Pod pages to select a starting design and send the colours and personal details you would like to change.
Is there a minimum quantity?
Tell us the design and quantity you need. Minimums, materials and available finishes are confirmed for this accessory before an order is placed.
Will I approve a preview?
Yes. Check the colours, spelling, layout and specifications in your digital preview. Production starts after your approval.
How long do production and delivery take?
Allow 7–10 business days for custom production after digital-preview approval, before dispatch. Transit time is additional. Standard shipping is free; express options and rates are shown at checkout.
Can I return a personalised order?
Custom and personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or different from the approved specification. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs if there is a problem.
